How can I get an price?
You can send your drawing with technology requirements, and inform your purchase quantity.
If you can, please inform what is your part used in. We will confirm what is the most suitable material and quote our best price to you in 20 hours. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Can you provide the free samples?
Yes,after light bulb holder price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display.
If you need the samples, we will free charge for the samples cost .but the frieght is on your side.
How long can I expect to get the samples?
Generally speaking, the light bulb socket will be ready for delivery in a week. The sample will be sent to you via express and arrive in 4-6 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us when you do not have an account.
What about the lead time for order ?
To be honest, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. If you are very urgent to get the light bulb holder, please let us know, we’ll try to make your products priority.
Can you accept OEM & ODM?

What is the MOQ for heavy duty hinges?
The minimum order quantity for heavy duty hinges is 50pcs. If it is a customized product, the minimum order quantity is 500pcs.
When can I receive customized samples?
It generally takes 25-30 working days to make samples, because it usually takes about 25 working days to produce molds. If you don’t use the mold to produce the sample, it may be faster, generally a week or so.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by enail, fax, or call us. But pleaseinclude the following: company name, company address, email address and also model number。
How can I know my order’s production progress?
If it is a regular stock product, we can ship it within 1-2 days. If there are not enough products in stock, we will accurately inform the shipping date. If it is a customized product, we will communicate with you at every link, so that you can keep abreast of the production progress of the product.
Can you provide a 3D model of the product?
Yes. We have 3D models of each product to facilitate a mock-up installation prior to purchase.
